1. The Agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Biswajit Frames, a solo video editing business operated by Biswajit ("I," "me," or "my"). By booking a project, submitting footage, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. My Services

I offer the following services:

• Short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

• Long-form video editing (YouTube, podcasts, VSLs)

• Thumbnail design

• Social media content management

Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before the project begins. Any changes to scope mid-project may affect pricing and delivery time.

3. Your Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, you agree to:

• Provide raw footage, assets, and briefs in a timely manner.

• Give clear and actionable feedback within the agreed revision window.

• Ensure you own or have the rights to all content you share with me.

• Not share files containing illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content.

Delays caused by late feedback or missing assets on your end will not count against my delivery timeline.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance is required before I begin any project work.

• The remaining balance is due before the final deliverable is released.

• For monthly retainer plans, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during onboarding.

Failure to complete payment will result in a hold on deliverables until the balance is cleared.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions as specified at the time of booking. Additional revisions beyond the included count will be charged separately. Revision requests must be specific and submitted within 5 business days of receiving the draft.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final edited video(s). I retain no commercial rights to the delivered content.

I may use edited clips for my portfolio, showreel, or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before project kickoff.

You are responsible for ensuring all footage, music, and assets you provide are properly licensed.

7. Confidentiality

I treat all project files and client information as strictly confidential. I will not share, publish, or disclose your content to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

8. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project. These are targets, not guarantees. I will always communicate in advance if a delay arises. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from my services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, subscribers, or business opportunities. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If you cancel mid-project, the advance payment is non-refundable. If I am unable to deliver due to circumstances on my end, I will issue an appropriate refund as outlined in my Refund Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement with my services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
