My Commitment

At Biswajit Frames, I pour real craft and attention into every edit. I want you to be happy with the result. But I also need clear boundaries to protect both of us. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Refund Eligibility at a Glance

I Can't Deliver

If I'm unable to complete your project due to reasons on my end, you'll receive a full refund.

You Cancel Early

If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, a partial refund may apply based on work completed.

After Final Delivery

Once the final file is delivered and approved, I cannot issue refunds.

Advance Payment

A 50% advance is collected before work begins. This advance is non-refundable once the project has started — it covers the time I've already spent on planning, research, and initial editing work.

Exception: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and before I've started any work, the advance will be refunded in full.

Mid-Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel after work has begun:

• The advance payment is forfeited.

• Any additional amount paid will be assessed based on work completed.

• Partially completed work will be delivered to you upon cancellation.

I handle these cases on a project-by-project basis and will always communicate honestly with you.

Revisions vs. Refunds

If you're unhappy with the edit, my first step is always to make it right through revisions. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. If after exhausting all included revisions the work still doesn't meet the agreed brief, I'll discuss a fair resolution — including a partial refund if applicable.

Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction when the deliverable matches the original agreed brief.

Retainer Plans

• Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

• You may cancel future billing at any time by giving me 7 days written notice before the next cycle.

• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact me within 7 days of the triggering event with:

• Your name and project details

• Reason for the refund request

• Any supporting context (screenshots, feedback, etc.)

I'll respond within 3 business days with a resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
